Why It's O.K to say "No".

Sometimes the busyness in our lives causes us to become overwhelmed with our obligations and to- do lists.  Prioritizing what is most important "in the now" can help relieve stress and help us to figure out what we need to do.  From time to time we all get busy and have less and less time for ourselves.  I am a firm believer that each week we need to take some "me time" even if it's just a few minutes in the morning or going for a walk in our favorite park to wind down the week.  Sometimes it is necessary for us to just say "No" and make sure that we are taking care of us first.  Stay healthy everyone!
